At Core Power, we have the philosophy that smaller ratios of athletes per instructors are of paramount importance. For that reason we limit groups to 8 athletes per 1 instructor, which solves the number one problem with most training programs. This allows individuals to receive the personal attention necessary for maximum skill development. Our focus is on developing, refining and perfecting the most critical skills of any elite hockey player. The CORE POWER program blends state of the art strength and conditioning techniques off- ice along with on-ice power skating and hockey skills. Drills, both on and off ice become increasingly more competitive and involve reaction skills combined with movement.
